  • We are conducting this recall out of an abundance of caution to ensure our customer’s safety.

  • Contact the store from which you purchased the product for a full refund or store credit during the store’s business hours.  Please have the problem product in your possession so that the store can verify the issue with you.

  • If the cloth star is detached from the product, it could pose a potential choking hazard for small children.

  • No.      All existing models of the soother are subject to recall.  Even if the star on your product is firmly connected to the product and appears to be safe, we are asking customers to immediately stop using this product and participate in the recall by contacting your store for a full refund for the purchase amount of your soother.

  • That’s okay. DreamGro has requested that the participating stores honor refunds or store credit for the value of the returned product for customers who have product in their possession.

  • You should promptly receive a refund from the store upon returning the product, based on the store’s individual guidelines. 

  • No.  Do not to attempt to repair the product yourself, but instead participate in the recall program to ensure maximum safety.
